Those of us on the Good Morning Indiana crew hope you had a wonderful 4th of July.

My family and I had a wonderful time.  My husband enjoyed showing off his grilling expertise.  He did an excellent job and nobody went away hungry.  The kids really enjoyed the fireworks.  My oldest son says he liked the red fireworks.  My daughter liked the white fireworks.  My 4-year-old son is a lot like his parents.  We enjoyed the grand finale.  It was a bit cool on the 4th, but being with my family always warms my heart.

Dan also had a fun 4th.  He was at Victory Field enjoying the baseball game and the fireworks show.  Tom and his wife did a little campaigning this holiday weekend.  As you might remember, his wife is running for judge in Brookeville.  Judging from Tom’s comments, a good time was had by all.

Paul and his wife got to see the downtown fireworks before the big show.  They got a special tour of Regions Bank and went all the way to the top.  Paul says the view was fabulous.  Needless to say, after taking in a view like that, neither Paul nor his wife began the holiday feeling blue.

You may, however, feel a little blue about the end of the holiday.  Hopefully you got a chance to watch some of Good Morning Indiana and we helped you get your week off on a positive note.  Have a great Monday!
